I have a curious palate
Today I had lunch with a good friend and colleague–the fabulous director of programming at the fabulous P.S. Arts–at a swell new [to me] spot called The Curious Palate. Certainly my dish, the Wasabi shrimp wrap was a delight in and of itself, but what struck me most was the home-made pickle on the side. A great texture and delicious mixture of sweet and dill, I knew right away it had been made with care in-house. Looking around, I began to see that most everything was made in the same way. I wonder if the Japanese pickles inside the wrap were also made at TCP? I’m excited to go back for a little pickle talk.
